To address these challenges, we developed an integrated automation system that leverages ByteDrive CRM as the core platform. The solution starts by automating lead acquisition from various sources and transfers them to ByteDrive. Leads are then subjected to a verification process to ensure their authenticity. When a deal is confirmed, contracts are generated and sent out using DocuSign for e-signature. At the final design stage, outputs from Gmail are extracted and organized into CSV files for easy distribution to clients. ByteDrive, Make.com, Zapier, and ChatGPT are seamlessly integrated to facilitate this end-to-end automation, improving efficiency and accuracy in the client's business operations.
